This luxurious, detached villa is located in the green holiday park Résidence Lichtenvoorde, in the pleasant area of the Achterhoek, at approx. 4.5 km from the historic village of Lichtenvoorde, 25 km east of the city of Doetinchem.The villa covers two floors and is furnished in a modern, comfortable and complete way. On the ground floor, there is a living room with smart TV and a nice atmospheric fireplace. There is an open plan kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a microwave. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall complete the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find another five double bedrooms and a two bathrooms with shower. In one of the bathrooms, you will find a sun shower for some extra relaxation while showering. You have a separate toilet on the landing. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The villa has underfloor heating. The true showpieces of this villa are outside. Lichtenvoorde, which is sometimes called Keistad (boulder town), is a marvellous village with a rich history. The village has charming and inviting cafes, while also being surrounded by lots of natural beauty. Winding streams meander through the countryside, while farms and castles radiate an aura of bygone days. This gently rolling countryside alternates between forests, meadows and fields. You will also find the largest vineyards in the Netherlands here. Résidence Lichtenvoorde does not have any busy facilities to disturb your peace and quiet. It is the ideal park for relaxation and makes a great base for exploring this beautiful area. The area offers plenty to see and do for all ages.
